The rooms were brand-new, the pool was very clean, top-notch place. Exceptional service, although a few employees were not very friendly. I had reasonably priced room with a king size bed.

The hotel met expectations, enjoyed my great stay, I would book again. The property was clean and pleasant, had very good staff and location. Lots of food for breakfast including toast, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bangers and cheese.

Quiet location, splendid view, beautiful beach. Rooms were tidy and breathtaking with all facilities, luxury bathroom. You could walk to the shops and all the major shops. The hotel was marvellous and the poolside restaurant was really friendly!

Even though everything was fab, some of the staff were a bit disorganised.

Very pleasant building, impressive location and always pleasant staff. There was a lively bar with good service. The room was satisfactory, had a luxurious bathroom. We used shuttle too. Plus their wifi was complimentary...

We liked this positive hotel and had an exceptional time. Continental breakfast was vegan, staff was fantastic friendly. Restaurant was convenient and reasonably clean. Based in a fabulous area😀

There is an efficient reception to relax in. Top location to inner harbour. What's more, it's relatively close to the heart of the city.

good modern place to stay while in victoria. peaceful location; perfectly appointed rooms with comfortable furniture. magnificent view of lake. enthusiastic staff & were ready to help.

Very nice central location, spotless venue, hard-working staff. There were hot waffles and biscuits at breakfast. An ideal beach, marvellous view. Amazing design, first-class service in the entire hotel. Complimentary drinks, premium wifi were a nice surprise.
